B&S Subforum for other stuff Options

Just asking bout the idea to have a subforum in B&S for stuff non-car related.

i agree...but i believe coomer and the others think that it would lead to more bad deals...but i don't think it would cause anymore problems than could be caused by selling celica-related items. this would also give us the chance to deal with people we interact with on a semi-daily basis, and that's good for the 'community' in a way. . maybe i'm just talkin outta my ass though...

I personally don't think it's such a good idea. Like John said, It will lead to more bad deals. If there are more people making more transactions, more bad deals are bound to happen, and those are a mess, as I always end up having to deal with people.

Basically, my thinking is that if you want to sell something else, there is probably a good forum to sell it on. If not, there's always eBay. I don't think 6GC's resources(which I pay for) should be used so that people can sell other stuff.

Also, it'll probably promote people to register just to sell their cars and stuff. Do we really want that? I don't think so personally.

Coomer is right, its probilby not a good idea in the sence that people will just use this site for sales, rather then as a recource, I think it would be a great idea to make a sub-fourm for stuff that is not spacificly celica parts but other car related like amps, subs, decks, even universal wings wheels etc. so that there is one for just celica parts or things maid for the 6 gen spacificly, and another for aftermarket parts and accesories that are not spacific to the celica, but just as car-related.

I think its a good idea to break up the sales just a bit so that its easyer to find things you want, and that way your also keeping the genuine toyota parts separate for those who want to keep there car true to the name, and dont want to or dont have the skill to do the custom work.

Personaly I think that any bad transactions or sales are not the problem of the site, but the people involved in the sale (as the rules say) its just a chance they have to take if they chose to buy something from another member.
