ok my freind had a Mx-6 and before he crashed it he bought a veilside styled bodykit for it, and he will basicly give it to me if i want coz he doesnt have the car anymore, i was wandering if the side skirts will be easy to fit on the celica?

i know the front bar wont fit coz its a replacment for a certai car, but i was thinking the sides of all cars are similar and wondering if i would just need to modify the length of the szkirt to make it fit or would there be serious work needed?

It might be serious work, depends on the difference in length and the curves- I think it would be pretty serious work

I think it would be a good tempelate for molding them in. if you can do fiberglas work, make em work.

Jared either used or fitted a set of probe sideskirts on his celica at one point.
probe = MX-6 so there shouldnt be a problem with the sideskirts, just some fitment adjustment

probe = mx6 engine suspension and such. body lines are completely different. all years of probes and mx-6s bodys have been different. so the skirts from a probe wont fit an mx-6 or celi without mods.

i tried a set of probe side, right length, fit good, but i didn't remove my stock sides to check. these would have worked with little fitment(molded).

all i can say is to put the sides up to your celi and see. im sure they r the same length as the probes, but different curves and such.
