No thats the easiest thing of the engine to remove. but you will need a new gasket after.

Batmen, what did you do to your cover?? I would like ot do that to mine.

Wait did you just paint them??

Alright i painted my valve cover, well the whole block. While it was in. I also painted some other parts alluminum, like the plastic pieces: fuse box, and some other stuff. I hope the paint holds well and doesnt peel off when i wash it or just from driving. Any suggestions on that. Me, Plastic, and paint dont get along to well.

well the heat shield i baked in the oven, the plastic pieces i got a heater blowing on them, and for the engine, i think ill try to bake it a little with a heat gun.
i should be done with the wires and junk tommorrow, so maybe ill post pics tommorrow night. i think its gonna look great, being i did most of it while the engine and stuff was still in.
