Ok after weeks of searching and reading up everything i can possibly get about turbocharging a 7afe to make the 7afte and almost guessing i can do it blindfolded with all the walk throughs and nik's great 7afte bible and pictures i have one last major question which isnt ever thoroughly answered...
Is it worth it??? Is the power increase that noticable?? Was it worth the time, money and trouble to turbocharge this engine or would i be better off selling the car and saving up extra for a more powerful vehicle???

This is where i need all the 7afte guys to come out and answer this and tell me if i should really go ahead and order the BOV, intercooler, FMU and also to make a manifold for my 7afe... Come on guys... convince me to do what i have read seems to be a great modification to such a great reliable engine.

Well I know that for me I really want the turbo, not only to have a little extra kick, but to have the BOV sounding, i love the noise they make, now to answer your question would require getting into your head and seeing what exactly your looking for, to me its waaaay worth it if you have the money and patients, if not then thats your own deal, I say do it and do it right the first time and you wont disappoint yourself thats for sure. Thats my 2 cents.

lol u dont love that sound more than me... i got .wav files of that sound hehehe but i seriously just want the extra kick without losing a great vehicle and without spending more than $1500 since i already got the turbo and i am making a custom manifold. I want to do it properly and i am going to by the vortech fmu 10:1 or 12:1. I want the greddy s type BOV and i will get all the guages and boost controler needed and i have done a ka24de swap into a nissan pickup which use to have a old 2 litre engine and also programmed a link ecu for it so i doubt turboing a car could be more trouble than that so i got the tools to do it but if there is any car i truly want to beat, it is a 4age 20valve levin and i hope to get the kick out of this to lay some licks down on them.
