I have for sale a Alpine CDM-7854 head unit. It was in my car when I bought it. Overall its a pretty solid head unit. I've grown accostemed to Pioneers layout though as my last couple of head units have been Pioneer.
I just picked up a Pioneer for a good deal so this thing is on its way out now. Only two brands of head units I would purchase right now are Alpine and Pioneer. Just so happen to be more comfortable with Pioneers layout as of right now. There is no doubt that Alpine is one of the best manufacture of car audio products! It is a couple of years old but still a solid unit all around. I'm asking $85 or best offer. Here is a picture I had sitting around
