 no metal spacer arond my speaker? |

okay ive been reading in almost every thread about speaker size, that there is a 8" metal spacer that goes around a 6.75" speaker in our cars right? i opened my dfoor up today to find no metal ring, just a 6.75" plastic holder.
any idea why? EDIT:sorry! just had a look, and i read the how to again, and realised what exactly the metal plate was, (i was expecting something bigger. not used to imperial units) can this thread be deleted or something? This post has been edited by ShadowFX: Jan 10, 2005 - 10:19 PM |
