no no no you have that wrong you don't want mid engine you'll never pass with that.....

for that much effort you get a 3sgte...with full AWD tranny needs and do that but for the rear wheel assembly and make it AWD and kick the crap outta the rest of those wink.gif

this is the reason nobody has done it.............

for the cost of the conversion and the car to begin with why not just get an early gt4 imported from europe (lhd) instead?

people have already done that.. they put a rear mr2 engine in the front of the celica.. see are are doing crazie things then those honda guys.. lol j/k
