Yes of course! My ex drove my car a lot. She's the only person I think I'd ever just give my car to for an extended period of time. She also taught me how to drive stick.

I remember one time when my buddy was teaching the girl he was seeing to drive stick in his 00 jetta and he was showing her how to get it in reverse cuz you gotta push down on the stick. Iv let a hot girl i worked with drive my bimer at the time, cause she was going to let me drive her new mustang. But mine was auto, and she also nearl hit a curb, in the parking lot, then just askjed me to drive her around for a few mins. until he learns to drive stick, he doesnt get to even sit in the drivers seat.
