Yeah, i was driving to the movies saturday with this girl i'm talkin to and all of a sudden my car just dropped (way to impress the girl huh :/). It was night but the next day when i finally got it towed off the street i noticed that two of my studs had snapped off and all of the lug nuts were gone so my wheel had came off partially. I don't know how it didnt fly off and me lose control but i sure am happy that it didn't. I will be fixing it tomorrow and i will post pics.

Nah i had that..... some b#%$^% stole the nuts of my wheels, but cold weild held the tire on for 3 -4 miles then i hit a pot whole and movement took out 3 studs and f#$%ed the rim for me.......... -------------------- Life is for living, and you don't get a second chance Take care now !! |

yeah its cuz i had spacers so the rims wouldnt scrape the calipers so there wasnt enough lug nut on the stud. i have learned my lesson though. no more spacers. rims are now for sale and stockers going back on tomorrow till new ones are bought. But yeah will def. take pics tomorrow

thats the reason why dicount tires dont work on cars with spacers. its leaves less amout of thread on the stud letting it become looser. we just dont want to be held responsible.
