ok lets go with the copper 2.4mm thick(.093") 7afe headgasket, but their bore size is 84mm. so itll have to be special ordered for 81mm bore size. does that sound about right?? this should be perfect for the 4agze pistons, correct??

sounds good to me. Should be one hell of a set up. If you coudld do something with the rods you could about run 12psi like I once wanted.
 Either way 8-9 will be hella nice.

I wount suggestr you going more then 2mm. 9:1 CR is practicly perfect for turbo aplication. 2.4mm i can tell how much CR will be dropes, but it will be below 9 for sure... Go with 2 mm atleast...
