I got my KYB GR-2 shocks and struts from TireRack.com, and their pricing is very similar to just about every other site for the Koni Yellows. Their service is great too. smile.gif

they only have the front where's a place that I can get the whole kit, and also should I get the Eibach alignment kit, or should I just get a shop to do my alignment?

shox.com is probably your best bet, aside from groupbuys and ebay.

Also, you don't need the alignment kit. You can just get a four wheel alignment at a local shop. wink.gif

if you are comfortable to take the chance to put them on yourself then go ahead and buy the kit, but if you are having them installed professionally, then, IMO, have them align your car.

be aware, your ride will really roughen up if you go with konis. and unless you know how to weld, you need a pro to install the shocks. also, be aware, the konis are not struts, they are shock cartridges. they go inside the struts, which are the shock housings. a lot of people get this mixed up.

i'd recommend to everyone that all their suspension work is done by a performance shop. if your engine gets messed up from a mod, usually it won't run, but if you mis-install suspension stuff, that could make for an extremely dangerous driving situation.

i've torn engines apart over the past few years, learned a lot about celicas, but i still have all the suspension stuff (except for strut tower braces) done by my mechanic.

Maybe I'll just be better off with the KYB GR-2's what's the warranty on them? and will they work really well with a 1.5" drop?

I would go for gthe Koni Yellows if I were you. They have life time warranty on them where as KYB's don't. KYB's won't last that long since they are made for OEM parts. I have gthe Koni Yellows on and the ride is fine. Remember you can adjust the stiffness for on road or off road.
