Lohan- she has changed her image up, and in my opinion, to her bennifit... Duff, on the other hand, always looks the same... I dont see anything sexy about Hillary at all... just cuteness...

i think that she just comes off that way cuz she is fearless and says what she wants and doesnt try to please everyone where as hilary is trying more to appeal to people her age and younger.

I vote neither I prefer to see what a girl looks like day to day as opposed to after a makeover. Sides 4k people go to my school and a few are better looking then either of those two.
