Well this really depends what you are looking for...

Are you asking about the springs or the coilovers?
As far as i know TRD Coilovers are available in 2 versions height adjustable or not. The TRD ones have i think 4 levels of damping force adjustment.

TEIN offers HA Dampers ( i think they are sold out) which are good for track use or the super street dampers which are more comfortable do drive on a daily basis. The TEIN dampers have 16 levels of damping force adjustment
