No ground clearence and wide low profie performance tyres do not make a good snowmobile. Lots and lots of fun holding 4 wheel power drifts, but not actually as effective as a little FWD shoppy trolley on skinny tyres. -------------------- JDM ST205

I live in Central Ky and we have hardly any snow, but just above us going to Cincy is a different story. I think alot of it is suppose to melt today since they are forcasting warmer weather but I don't know how far up north that will cover. Just stay away from eastern Ky I heard they got alot more snow than we did. |

i dont doubt it... here in Southern Illinois we got around 2ft in town and in the country it was around 7ft or more...its ALWAYS worse in the country... and country roads were just one way roads...walls of snow on each side... be screwed if there was a car comin.. although its fun to go through in between em at 40mph... til you hit one or get stuck.. ohwell though... snow can be fun, especially when its sticking... but then again it cant be... i like seeing people that havent ever been in snow drive in it, or people who just got their license, hehe.

O take it as you may, rhode island you get more of a slushy nasty snow, i live in the burbs, so we get some pretty light snow they just blows around and drifts in strange place. If your driving along side a field, the whole road will be cleared off no snow what so ever, but right off the road in the field will be easily a 5' drift. then if your get a wall like the picture above, with wind blowing rihgt at it.... man u better watch out youll be taking snow in your 2nd story windows. -------------------- |
