Im not in it, but my pops is an architect, and i will be soon. Keep in mind real estate is in its prim right now, your pretty much jumpin gon the band waging at the end of its peak. It norm booms every 7 years to its peak, and soon it will be falling. I know my neighbor is selling his house now, and has gone threw to many dumbass agents, just dont be stupid or eragant. and dont try to over shoot prices. If u have any sales experiance that will help, a lot. If not then good luck. ALso dont make it your full time career, keep it as a back up or a 2nd or somthing.

You're definately in a good field. I did it last year when I was in college and it was a great experience. Every salesperson has their own style. I let the clients look for themselves while I was there and I let them ask me questions when they had them. Sometimes, when I knew that the clients were new to the whole process, I would take them on the tour throughout the house. Find whatever makes you and your client comfortble and that's what will work. Maryland/DC/Virginia have a booming market right now so you are in the right place. I was in Boston so I did fairly well. Good luck to you.

P.S. From experience, the Celi isn't the best car to have clients ride in wink.gif A SUV, van, or large sedan work alot better.
