Anyone know of any decent DVD burners? I've never had one and have no idea whats a good name or what not. Looking for responses from ppl who actually have them. Thanks!

plextor, nec, sony, most generics brand are rebadges of someone.

lg or nec, those are the only onves ive seen do not screw a burning in many forums, i own a lg for 5 months, no single dvd badly recorded, already burned 3 towers of 100 dvd each

My Panasonic recorder (that kind of desk recorder, not part of PC) can read/write them -> I prefer some PC burners with DVD-RAM like LG GSA-2166D... -------------------- No more replicas... I am using NEC 3551A DVDRW BLACK BULK.
My customers are happy also with Sony. I used to have many problems with Plextor DVDRWs. Try to keep your drive firmware always updated after you buy it |
