yea man fukc yea when it all comes down to it its all about buring more calories than u intake..juice has about same amount of calories as a soda which is about 150

umm 15lbs not including water weight do u mean its not water cause that almost impossible LOl in a week no way man u prob just adjusting to the dramatic decrease in calories whihc is very bad..dont do that ur diet should go for 1-2 lbs per week no more otherwise ur just destroyin ur body and ur gonna end up losing lean muscle dissue and end up like a stick with flab evreywhere lol trust me i was there

I know how you can burn 8000 calories a day.

take a 50lbs rucksack, go to 6000ft, during winter, start special forces training 12 hours a day.

Easy you'll lose lots of weight before you know it.

Know a good diet plan to follow for a week? Is chicken from KFC unhealthy? What do you suggest buying for lunch everyday from school?

1. Im eliminateing pop and juice, all milk and water..with water being 90% of what I drink.

What else do you suggest? Im 145-150 lbs and 5'8...very skinny and scrawny and I wanna get in shape.. Im currently 16, almost 17 and just got my license, so Im looking for a nice fitness center to go to.

i cut soda... and juices... occasionally drinking a diet soda.. which isn't all that bad (according to the label on the back)... no calories.. fat or carbs... just 35mg of sodium.. I just got tired of drinking something so tasteless (water).. yeah i know soda dehydrates you but.. drink decaffinated stuff not so bad
oh and fruits are high in natural sugars.. so eat lots of vegetables.. and cut back on the fruits

big one was cutting out the alcohol.. or just drinking the low carb Rock Green Light.. 2.5 carbs a bottle.. supposively..


I was going for the weight loss and not the muscle mass ... i lost 25 lbs in two months.. and wore size 36 pants before and wear a 32 now.. running for about 20 mins a day.. situps and pushups.. were included also..

i'm not into the body building.. or muscle mass so
all i know is that i used to weigh 209 @ 5'9".. bleh.. just let myself go (getting outta high school will do it to ya.. you get lazy frown.gif)
but now i'm down to about 178..

I've ran almost everyday (The days I haven't were either because my school/work schedule made it impossible to run and I played racquetball instead)


I feel a lot better so far. I think in about a week, I'll really start to see a difference. I've eaten pretty healthy as well. VERY little pop (maybe one or two cans in the last 2 weeks) and I eat veggies alot. Oh and some meat.

I'm working on it, its been good for me so far.
