Yup missed the whole thing I have been at the hospital for about 3 hours and I just got home. One of my roommates collapsed while we where playing football in the yard, scariest moment of my life hands down. He had a heart rate of 235 and the medic told me 160 - 180 is critical. He told me he was diagnosed with SCT? I dont know what it is but its not good. He is at home with his parents now but thank god he is allright. How where the commericals? and who got MVP?

my heart gets up around 160 when i'm workin out sometimes...sometimes maybe higher...but...generally...the way to figure your maximum heartrate is (220 - age) = MHR. so...already, he's over that...and other's are more complex...but both are under 220...so...he's lucky i guess...
did anything bring it on? like was he taking meds, or um...recreational drugs? or just runnin around playin? glad to hear he's better tho man. . -John- -------------------- |
