Hey guys,
Sorry I haven't been around lately. I've been busy, and life has been hectic and stressful and I haven't found any time to work on the site. It doesn't help that my main computer and my laptop both completely died, preventing me from working on computers at home.

Anyway,
Lately I've taken some photos of the Celi. I figured I'd share. These will probably be the last ones I'll ever post since I hope to sell the car soon.

Front corner of the car downtown.

Some grafiti with the Celi in the background.

The camera bar I made. I was going to produce a video with my car, but time constraints eliminated that plan.

My car just past sunset moving.

I thought the sign was interesting...and no, I didn't paint the Celi green.

Random loading-dock shot. I almost got prosecuted for trespassing for taking this shot at Home Depot during business hours.

Ready to drive(Into the wall of my garage.)

Here's the whole car in that same downtown area.

The collection.

Another one of those fancy moving shots. I saw three of the most confused-looking security guards the night when I was taking these moving shots.

That's it for now. Let me know whatcha think. smile.gif

I use some industrial strength suction cups and some rags to hold and support my tripod to the car. Then I take a picture using manual focus on the camera and a 10-second self timer. Then I push the car, and with a long shutter speed, it gives it the illusion that the car is moving pretty quickly. It's difficult to setup and to take the shots without the camera bouncing too much on the lightweight legs of the tripod, and it scares me a lot because I worry about my camera falling, but the shots I took came out pretty neat. smile.gif

I'm using an Olympus C-4000Z. I'm planning on upgrading once I get my taxes back and get paid for my current client project if I can manage to save up another few hundred dollars. The camera that I want is $1,299 though, so I dunno if I want to spend that much just yet.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
