i've changed my clutch one week ago and i've changed my gear-box oil as well and put a full synthetic and from that time i have proplem shifting the gears especialy when the car is cold i'm pretty sure that is the oil wich oil do you use in your gear-box?

it should say in your car manual,
it is usually red in colour (so it can be easily identified) It will even say on it gear or transmission oil/lubricantation. it allso comes in for manual or automatic. |

Try to get some Pennzoil Synchromesh. That stuff works wonders in the cold and should eliminate all grinding.

I used Red Line Oil's MTL and it worked well for me and we have temperatures below -20 here!!!

make sure you guys are using gear oil in manual tranny's and not tranny fluid.

both the US ST and GT use 75W-90, GL-4 or GL-5 rating. i'm not sure about the SS-III though. .
