Well, turns out you boys who threw down for that header might be in trouble. Did a little reading, and I guess SSautochrome suck0rz.

http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1097918

I found this on my Indy Forum. The other guys on the board are from a lot of different communites. (lotta f-bods, stangs, rx7s, supra, ect) They all flamed SSautochrome pretty bad. I just thought all you guys deserve to know.

Yea I kind of figuered that. Thats why I puller out of the GB earlier today. It was too good to be true.

A company selling a product and don't have the funds to run a dyno? I had my doubts when he didn't have any proven gains. I guess everyone here that signed up (including myself) was just excited about hearing some company actually making one for the 6gc.

I don't think you guysa are thinkin on this one...XS is a seperate company that sells their products to SSAutochrome. So if it is with the assembly you going to have to blame XS not SS.

True...but still, it doesnt help the matter that they have provided no PROOF of what the header is capable of, nor have the been very up to date as far as whats happening...That just adds to the shakiness of the deal if you keep asking the seller "whats up?" and you dont get a straight answer...I am sure well find out though...

and after 15k? Thanks for the post slowcelica94, interesting reading. I might have to back out of this header situation based on what I'm hearing.

took the header off to put the repaired stock manifold(which contains the cat and had cracked) back on and sell the car

currently it is on a friends car, working with no problems
