will 5th gen gt calipers fit on the 6th gen st? because i got 6th gen celica st and i got a good deal on some gt rotors from brembo, but the calipers wont fit around the gt rotor. also, i cant find any 6th gen calipers unless i get them from toyota which are like 300 bucks each. any help would be useful

You mean you can't open up the pads enough to gt them to fit? I don't understand your question.

Tehy do not make brembo rotors for the 6th gen. They do for the 7th. Also you can use the 5th gen gt calipers, but I think you might have to get the backing plates

Do they have an Advance Auto Parts near you. I just got both front calipers for my st for less than 150 dollars after the core charge. They're rebuilt, so they have all the toyota markings on them. Oh yeah, the brand is Beck and Arnley(not sure about the spelling).

5th gen GT/GTS calipers are basically the same thing as the 6th gen ST calipers. Only the 6th/7th gen GT/S has the larger rotors and bigger calipers...
