Ideas for Gunmetal Rims?, Need your help.. Options

Well, the idiot that i bought my silver rims off didn't tell me they only came in 5x114.3 and i didn't realize that till i went to SBR Tire to get them mounted and balanced...

I was talking with my friend there, he thinks since my car is silver and the windows are tinted black...I should go with a Gunmetal rim. I was thinking all gunmetal or something with a polished lip like Jason has...can you all post pics of some of your favorite ones so I can get an idea of what to get..? It would be greatly appreciated

What about the EXEL Tz - 10? I wanted an 18" rim and they are relatively cheap..what do you think?

Those are Coomers rims, check out his car I personaly like silver rims on a silver car, it looks much better to me.......i was thinking of getting either Konig Kalibers or Arospeed RS-GT's in silver after i get bodywork and paintjob done this summer, hopefully. But thats my taste, however you would like to see your celi is how you should make it look.

I mean, they certainly wouldnt look bad, but i just personally dont like dark wheels on silver cars.......i dunno, its just a matter of individual taste i suppose

My car looks exactly like yours but it is a gt, I was thinking about gunmetal but now Im not really a big fan of them, but that link gives you a few choices at a good price.

I just thought that the ones on that link you gave me were ugly, the TZ10s look nice and so do some others on wheelmax.com

Personally, I think gunmetal rims on a silver car are hideous no matter what style they are, but thats my opinion.

probably way out of your price range my friend.

honestly, I think gunmetal rims would look great on a silver car. especially with tint and a carbon fiber hood. nothing too dark though, more silver than black.

well what kind of rims are you into? how many spokes? what style? what price range? give some details and I'm sure we'd be of more help.

Im with ghost dog! Gunmetal will look dope on any lite colored car. Heres an example....

I think that gunmetal rims look sweet on silver cars.

My TZ-10s are actually hyper black, and they're lighter than gunmetal but darker than silver. I really, really like the color of them, and I think they'd look good on silver.

I'll second Coomer - hyperblack is very sweet. To me, gunmetal makes the wheels look like they are always dirty with brake dust from a distance. I've seen hyperblack, and it's shiny enough to look clean.

Yeah if you are gonna go with any kind of dark rims hyperblack would be nice, not gunmetal.

The superleggera aren't that dark, though...no shine neither...they do look dirty !
I wanted to move out of the croud with all those bling-bling wheels with a smoother style. I'll have a black car, not the same thing as silver.....

I do like dark wheels with a polished lip....mmmmmmmmmmm...............
I don't like too dark wheels cause you have to be at a foot of the car to see the details.....
