Refer to the pictures for condition, I'd say have them turned down before installing, they have, unless previous owners have changed them they have about 195,000 on them

I think the sway bars are the same for the GT & ST, so no that would do you no good. I think all the a/c components are the same between the GT & ST, its probably on the site somewhere.
