83mm is kinda large for a boosted 7a. the walls of the compression chamber are going to be kinda thin...

there is a guy on club4ag, or mr2oc that will build the megasquirt for you... i think either 250 or 350 ... and it will be plug and play with your stock harness. wink.gif

camshaft regrind is kinda much for a 7a... just do everything else and crank the boost up 1psi and you will get more gains. wink.gif

and you have like... 4k in mods listed there. wink.gif

83mm forged pistons for 9:1 ish compression $300 labor $500-700
forged rods as well $700
port and polish $800
2.5" full exhaust $250 crush
T3 turbo $300
30" x 5" x 2" intercooler $250
BOV -not sure yet $50-200
megasquirt ems $???? depends on what ya get
225lph walbro fuel pump $100
custom fuel rail $300+
regrind camshaft $200 (guess)
lightened flywheel $50-100

hidden cost $1000+

TOTAL COST $ 5200

If were to do this project which i am just 7agte you need to figure out if your willing enough to go all the way. Or just buy a 3sgte and swap that in because cost is going to close wink.gif but good luck

I think it would be a very nice build up. but very expensive. As a bunch of wise men told me Stick to one thing at a time. Finish your body work.

Also Id say go for the gze pistons and a 20v head swap, if not 20 atleast 16.

I think that lil extra cash would make a BIG dif.
