hey i posted this on the general forum ...but that didnt seem to help much i guess is not the right section either frown.gif pls mod can delete my other post.

i found a post with a pretty good diaram of the cooling system...so just want to make sure ...i want to change my thermostat and also if possible flush the radiator and stuff the liquid there is brown so....


hopefully that link works ...pic 1 and 2 is that where the thermostat is located? that hose comes form the bottom of the radiator.

I should of replied before. The thermostat on the 5S is right under the alternator. The lower radiator hose leads to it. Make sure you replace the gasket when replacing the thermostat.

apreciate the replies. Ima get on that right now...Im gonna try and get new coolant on the system(by taking the plug off the radiator at the bottom?) too mine is all brown. smile.gif
