horrible neighbors, any suggestions? Options

ahhh!!!! My neighbors are horrible! I live on the ground floor, they are on the second. The vacume early in the morning, play loud (bad) music early also. Right now it sounds like they are break dancing up there. Anyone got any suggestions how to handle it?

well u could do what i did once ... well i have those sadum speakers.. 20 9nch subs... well ever sunday morning they would play loud music... and would wake me up at around 10am... well i got them one day... the stated with their music... so i took all 4 speakers in the house.. and put them up agains the wall.... popped in my West Side connection cd... tuned up the vloume to -4 ... ( 40 is the lowest and -10 is the hieghst ) ... and i hit the super bass botton on the EQ ... well let the cd play for 2 songs.. Bow Down twice... after that they never played their music on sunday mornings again..

I've been trying to avoid that, but brushing up watching CSI just in case, lol.

My girlfriend wants me to not do anything tonight. She has some strange plan tomorrow of going up and talking to them or something. WOMEN, geez. She has till tomorrow, then its war. I'm gonna have to grab the Sun Tzu and polish up on the art of it.

no no, just bult there doors and wondows closed and play celine deion as loud as you can, even call them and play it over the phone, I garentee that after about 10 min they will have killed them self's, then just remove the bults and act like nothing happend

I would recomend some nice ear muffs durring the horror.

I had the same problem, but where I lived was basicly a party complex. I lived on top, but was hardley ever there, and they were below me. They had party's all the time and music blasting all the time. I throw one party and the lady is at my door every second till I moved out it really sucked but I flipped her off everytime I saw her, and told her she should learn how to speak english and get a job, so I had my fun.

A few times she called the cops on me, and just to mess with her I had some people come over and I hid my car, and when the cop showed up they told him they just dropped me off not more then 5secconds ago, and the cop told the lady about the legal remifications of making a flase police report, and then she backed off from calling the cops.

Have fun just dont get caught.

well, thats what my girlfriend did today.

So it turns out that our neighbors are out of town, and they let their friends stay here for the weekend. They have 2 little kids that have been running around... one of them is a "special needs" child.

So I guess I'll give them the weekend and see how my real neighbors continue to act before declaring war.
