Need your help! Options

Here's my question. I notcied my cat has some slight damage from the accident described below, and theres a small hole in the cat, perfect circle around 1/4" (8mm) in diameter near the front underside of the CAT. It looks like it was there before, but I'm not sure. Anyone know? Also the oxygen sensor behind the CAT was damaged bent at around a 45 degree angle exposing part of the sensor outside the exhaust and the bolts which attach it to the exhaust are missing. Will the local parts place have the bolts, and I bent the senor back straight, but can it be repaired or do I just buy a new one?

Story of how it was damaged below:

I was driving on the highway in heavy rain around 60mph, when a huge piece of scrap metal is lying in the the road. No room to swerve out of the way and its pretty damn large so I do want to risk running over it with a wheel and getting a flat, so I deide to run over it and hopefully it won't do to much damge... well it got stuck underneath the car and was dragged for several hundred feet until I could safely slow down and pull over. Anyway I pulled over and the metal was underneath the car... decided I'd head to the next exit at a slow speed and call a tow truck to lift the front and I could remove it, as I slowly pull away the piece passes undeneath the car... I walk back to inspect it and its teh outer skin of a friggin door! Some scrapyard must have lost it. Anyway things were good until about 15 minutes later when all of a sudden my car sounded like a stock car. Get home and open the hood, trying to find out what it might be... its the oxygen sensor behind the cat. It has some how been bent and pulled right out, and is just hanging there.

Well I went to a muffler shop and a local garage. Big time problems! The entire exhaust system from the header back has been shifter about 4 to 6 inches towards the rear and moved to the passanger side. The muffler shop said take it to the dealer, becuase the parts you need they don't carry and the quality of the entire exhaust from the muffler shop is way below what Toyota has. The local garage basically said the same, too many Toyota only parts, and it would be ebst to make an insurance claim, hopefully it won't be going up.

Damaged: down pipe, flexi pipe, the pipe which connects from the Resonator to the CAT and the muffler, 2 brackets which hold the exhaust and muffler. Cracked O2 sensor.
