i heard that not much will be gained without major work on this engine. are there any dyno sheets out there with a list of mods to prove it? i just want to see what i can expect to get when putting mods on my ST and if i should even bother doing anything at all. i really want to be quicker but dont want major work to have to be done.

the dyno shows results up to about 6250 rpm. my st wont shift past 5800 rpm and the fuel cutoff is at like 5900 rpm. is it the manual that makes the difference?

your really not going to get much power out of your safe without turboing.. major engine work as in swaping internals and heads and then custom rods and extrs, and then turbo or a swap.

If you just looking for an extra lil bit without swap or turbo.. Id suggest the simple things, like CAI full header-exhaust, maybe ignitions.. lighten flywheel.. Theres not to much thats going to help much or be worth it cept turbo or swap.
