i was searching through some of couple member's site and saw that a few of you have red tail lights what is also impressive is that they light seems to glow more..does anyone know if this is due to the tranparant red paint or if you need a hight light bulb or if u are supposed to paint one part of the tails more than the others...either post up the respnonse or email me at angel11185@msn.com

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

I redded the amber on my hatch tails a while back. They came out great. I used the same clear bulb that was in there before. The important part is the clearcoat to make them look slick. No clearcoat looked hazy.

Looks great liquor. Where do you buy it? I did a google search but did not see any transparent red colors anywhere.

search for oracal i contacted them along time ago back when i wanted to do my tails they send u all kinds of free books and samples, they sent me two sheets of 8x11 sample red transparent, i ended up just using testors spray but i did use the oracal stuff to turn my clock red. If u guys wait a week or two blue bat from celicatech and if u remember him from C.net is going to start his overlay's for 4,5,6 gens again.
