okay, i just got out of a bad deal with a bad business so i got kind of the spooks for most businesses selling stuff on the internet w/o good feedback. so pretty much i started up a topic about what wheels that would look good on a black celica st... only limit is 1000 dollars under and 17" rims (thats with rims and tires package) because i've looked around and saw a few couple good ones. soo, let the games begin and thank you.
