Yeah, our celicas look nicer at certain angles. The front of the celica looks nice up close, but when seen from far away it isn't that good iono =) i like the rear end of the hatchbacks and the tail lights, i dont see why people would have a to change or alter the colors of the tail lights

Well first of all, BlackCelicaGT94, your car IS REALLY HOT! But I know exactly what you mean. I've had my 99GT for almost 6 months now and I love to just look at my car.
In fact, I pretty much bought my car based on its appearance. I mean, I knew I wanted to get a 6th gen Celica but when I saw my car at the dealer it would have taken some major mechanical problems to prevent me from buying that car. After I drove it, that really sealed the deal! And to think, I almost turned around and went home after getting lost going to the dealer(I drove 2 hours to get my car). |

Funny you should say that,just today I jet washed my car at the local petrol station and as I reversed out I saw a red celica waiting to go in next after me. As I reversed alongside
I looked across and one hot babe gave me a smile I won't forget for a while. It was like no words needed to be said, acknowledgement was there for each others good taste in cars.......

i like looking at my car from the front drivers side from a distance......Looks sooo damn sexy
I did that the other day, i parked at school next to my friends eclipse, and stood there admiring my car compared to hers

It's funny how it always happens at the same locations...
Like when I park at a friend place I have to park on a hill (front end facing uphill.) When I am leaving I walk out his front gate and all I can think about is, "damn my car is sooo sexy!"

I spent weeks outside just staring at my car when I first got it 4 years ago. I couldn't believe that I actually owned something so beautifull. That feeling has long since worn off, but I still love the look of 6th gens.
For me it partly boils down to proving my dad wrong. When my 85(GTS hatch) died and it was time to get something 'good' we took family trips to the dealerships trying to find a car. I drove the Tiburon(felt like a cheap version of the Celica), the Prelude(liked it, but it was missing something), a Suzuki(don't get me started), and on the way to the last place about 45 minutes away, a red 6th gen blew by and I said 'that's what I'm looking for'. My dad promptly said 'you'll never be able to afford one of those'. Well, guess what was sitting at the next lot. It was parked in my driveway that day, and I have yet to let him live down those words. |
