go to your local radioshack and buy em, I work at radioshack So i know for a fact we carry them. You almost might want to get some resistorsso the 12 volts dont fry the LEDS. BTW if you do go to radioshack they will be in the parts isle in the parts drawer.

can almost swear we have 3mm leds, but I know the site doesnt show alot of stuff we have in stock. Such as the MM-5600 Sanyo cell phone, we also sell 5 kinds of portable dvd player, radioshack.com only shows 3. Anywho, stop by your local radioshack, take a look, it cant hurt :-D

ive never seen the 3mm at radioshack. sometimes they can be out of the 5m blues for months. Its hard to find 3mm. they have low intensity 3m red ones. What resistor do you need for a 5 or 3? what colored bands does it have? That crap always confuses me.

we should do a group buy.. buy like 100 and sell them off to the rest of the community. So you wont be stuck with to many on your hands.

a group buy, lol, the postage would cost more than the cost of the leds

haha, bloodrain has a point. besides, i already bought these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

(25) 3mm blue LED's with an 4000mcd for $5 isnt too bad. use like 8 or 9 for climate control, then have extras for whatever theyre needed for.
