TSI turbo kits for 7afe, whos got them Options

i have done a lot of reserch and found that only TSI makes complete turbo kits for the 7afe. i was wondering if anybody has one and how good they work, whats the boost you are putting out. and is it worth the $3,000. thanks

I have one i bought off a guy for 1300 i am going to be putting it on in a month or so and then i will let you know. I plan on running about 8 pounds if you have any questions let me know

quik easy answer for you

NO its not worth 3k$

personally when i get to my motor i plan on spending about 3.5k -4k on my 7afte project
and that includes: boring the cylinders, pistons,rods, port and polish
and a few other things that that kit doesn't have

if you want a kit go custom and piece it together
you can avg price of about 1.5k-2k
save yourself the extra 1000$ or so

i think iam going to make my 7afe into a 7agte. does the exhaust manifold for the 7afe bolt to the ge head? or will i have to get it custom?

i'm using a b-series turbo manifold that is getting cut and rewelded to a 4ag exhaust flange

if you are going 7agte good luck better start searching for info and parts
this project is no easy task
