a few months ago i went to my car and saw that someone bumped into the passenger side of my rear bumper with scuffs on it and the paint cracked and kind of flaking out. when i was washing my car today, the sponge caught a hold of one of the corners of the flaking paint and snapped it off. now theres an area about .5in x.5in that has absolutely no paint over it. is there a way to repair the cracks and somewhat fill in the bald area? would touchup paint look terrible over it?

hmm, with spiderwebing and cracking like u mention the whole area would normally have to sanded down and have the bumper repainted. touch up wouldn't look good.

Yea dude, I do bodywork for a living and you have to have it repainted. It needs to be sanded down and repainted.
