I am in a wierd situation, ever since I got my celica my power door locks have been screwy. my driver's side door lock can unlock both sides, but cannot lock them, and the passenger one can lock them, but cant unlock them. are they supossed to do that?

My guess would be faulty switch... my power windows did the same thing in my 4th Gen. Just wait for someone to part out their Celica again and see if you can pick up the module for cheap. Toyota would probably want $50 for it.
