Is it possible to take action against the Shipping company?? Who ever is sending them, I dont remember, but please take a group pic of the items before you send the next wave of panels because If I get mine and its broken I will try my damdest(sp) to get the shipping company to refund me for the damages.

It wasn't that new Shipping company DHL or something who delivered them to you was it? At work we have alot of problems with the merchandise they deliver to us.

There is a goup pic of the panels before i sent them in this topic, this was the first group. I sent them totaly perfect, packed them totaly the best with the every panel wraped and lots of buble wrap!

I will post the second pack pics on Sunday - and how they are packed. As for me im sending full pack to Daniel, after this he separatly repacks them and send to you guys. Im still waiting for him to post here and explain everything

yep never use usps, my dads a mail carrier and they hate packages, use fed ex (cheapest) or UPS, i have alot of experiance shipping. i have been shipping like at least 5-10 packages a week sometimes more for nearly three years, through ebay, my mothers buisness, and a job at a local buisness Ihave used FED-EX religously for more than 2 of those years. and thats for a reason

As long as Player DOESNT replying here i will take some actions.... Cuz im pissed about the situation the GB turned to... Everyone with the cracked panels will get new ones Straight from me just you guys will need to pay shipping. I will give the panels free and ship straight to you. Shipping will cost about 14-18$. Just that i need to make some more and know exact amount of damaged panels...

I still dont know if Daniel got the second pack of panels or not... After everyone recive they panels then we will count how much was damaged... Hope no more of them will get the cracks

How is that fair to you though romas? I mean yeah something somewhere is f'd up, but the people with cracked panels maybe could throw in for the cost of c/f? since it was only one layer thick it shouldn't be outrageous should it?

Dustin, if they where packed acuratly using some styrofoam, everything would be fine... but now..... Anyway, i want to keep my customers happy, and this was my MISTAKE what i chosed Daniel as a GB person... This will never happen again.

I'm not meaning to out anyone in more of a bind than they are already in but,
I payed playr158 for one(cooling panel) in full on the 26th of last month, and hadn't heard anything from him other then I should be getting mine on the next shipment.
Does anyone know if and when this might be?

i've been very busi with work and outta town not much time to spend here.....not to mention i'm rarely on this site anymore..

but in other events..

#1) my deep oppologies to forkee and bigedge i'll pay your shipping for the new panels...

#2) good stuff NIK glad you got it smoothly...now check between the paper and the box for your money

#3) i have NOT recieved a second batch of panels or anything regarding the 2nd piece....

#4) anyone who is still waiting in the second round, my oppologies and thank you for the patients

handled very well I must say.

Doggy why not insted of making brand new panels you put the people on a list and offer your next custom doggy mod to them first before the rest of the site? if mine arrives damaged I would prefer that over you spending your own money on a new part that i dont need. just a thought?
