i got a system for my trunk and its good, its just a little old Jl system, but the damn box keeps moving around, when hitting them turns. Can anyone suggest how to keep it in place without drilling to the trunk space, or the box. Velcro maybe but thats alot of velcro. i'll post a picture tomorrow to raise any ideas.

Bungee cords or tie straps might do the trick...the best way is to bolt it down though.

i screwed hinges with rings, on each corner of my box enclosure, then screwed the rings down into a thick cardboard flattened out under the carpet...works well, better than having it slide around

yea, but i want it to have that stock look you know, because the box itself looks and was design to actually fit my car, flush against the seats, and same color and sits far enought before, the shock tower panel, nice sugesstion, but stock is what i'm going for, so the work i do to hold it down i dont want it to show

Then it's more secure too. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

get some industrial strength velcro. It sounds dumb but it's real and very strong. Put some in between the box and the seats. It will hold it. No jive.
looks like this get it at home depot -------------------- |

i ended up using velcro also so when i go to the track it peels off with the cool sound of a young kids sneaker. Circuit City told me to, i guess its what we do to customer cars.

I have one of those X shaped tire irons and it first perfectly between my box and the edge of the trunk. I just wedge it in place and there is no moving.

Well mine's velcro'd to the floor and the back of the back seat, so its not going any further forward. Doesnt seem to have a problem on turns either as long as you use enough.

Industrial, i guess thats how to do. damn the sound of velcro when it you take it off hahahahaha. Imma feel like a 6th grader with them old school shoes hahahahaha thanks all, but one thing, suggested to the back of the seat or the floor? i vote on the floor, but being really skeptic i guess both!
