yeah its actually really simple... even coomer could do it and he's not very mechanically inclined.

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

nope, only the front springs need to be compressed while you put them on, not off... just use a heavy friend.

it won't go flying through the air
cause they really arn't under much pressure
i did mine and i purposly tried to get it to shoot out

wow i think it moved like 1 foot?!
its really easy just do it yourself

i think a mech will want like 400$

i didnt use a spring compresor for either side, if your lowering the springs arent as long as the stock so you dont have to put much pressure putting it back together, i highly recommend using air tools or your gonna have a nightmare with the rear.

I can tell you that a shop will charge you 6 hours labor... 3 hours for the rear and 3 hours for the front. I think it's pretty outrageous but that's the book rate.

Like it was said, they will charge you 3 hours for the front and 3 hours for the rear in labor. So ballpark figrue you are looking at close to $400 which is why everyone is telling you to do it yourself.
