so was reading some forums about the 3sgte engine..and i was wondering how much did it cost those who have it, and how much for the swap...
i found a 3sgte engine in www.osakajdmmotors.com for $1400...is that a reasonable price...or did yall pay cheaper? --------------------  |

Have you learned about the search feature yet? Its a little button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. The reason I ask is that this topic has been covered hundreds of times.
The answer is from $2000 if you do the swap yourself and source all parts to $8,000 if you buy a clip and have someone put it in. The average do it yourselfer buys a clip and spends about $4000-$5000.
