Anyone have one? I need everything, right down to the bolts. If you have a list or ideas, let me know. Or if you know something for me not to forget. I also need a clutch and pressure plate combo? Should I go OEM or is there a good one out there? I'm trying to find a place that has TRD short shifters for relatively cheap. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I need this sort of soon.

this is the list i used... i got it from someone back in the day from celica.net. Its very complete and had everything you NEEDED to do the swap. You dont need to, but you might wantt o also get a manual ECU just to get rid of the CEL staring at you all the time.

-Tranny
-Shifter/cables (junkyard, EXPENSIVE otherwise)
-Flywheel (get it machined if from a junkyard)
-Clutch Master cyl.
-Slave cyl.
-New clutch
-Clutch metal fluid lines (junkyard)
-Rubber clutch line (New from Toyota)
-Flywheel bolts (new from Toyota)
-Pressure plate bolts (new from Toyota)
-Clutch pedal assy.
-Manual brake pedal assy.
-Tranny fluid
-Brake fluid for clutch

To answer you other questions, there are clutch kits out there that come with the cluthc, presure plate, etc... Make sure you get one of those or else youll be missing stuff. You can get an OEM one, i went with an exedy and have been happy with it. I dont know about others, you might want to searach for peoples opinions on different clutch kits. I dont know of anywhere that has the TRD shifter for cheap. The onyl place i found online that sells them are for $165: http://www.toyotaparts4u.com/e_catalog/
