I finally got my cigarette lighter out and got the piece around the shifter painted. But now the light in my cig. lighter doesn't work! I checked the connection several times but still no luck...

I had a pain in da booty trying to get that thing back in to the hole, but I let my friend do it cause I was about to throw it in the effin' toilet. But anyway, you have to jam it in there and make sure you hear the click and turn it to lock it.

doesn't sound like a major deal, if by any chance you broke the cig lighter, get a new one at discount auto parts. i'm assuming you connected both plugs into the cig lighter? |

Yeah both are connected. I didn't check for a click all I know is that it's connection and the piece is in. I'll check it again when I have nothing to do. |
