my hood insulation is covered in oil from my accident. Anyone know where i can get some new insulation? would it burn the hood if i just took it off?

my st doesnt have the hood insulation on it...

the 1/4 doesnt have patience for a ST.... so we make them ST-T's so atleast we'll sound good going slow.

Neither of my STs have the insulation, and both hoods are fine. One has aftermarket paint underneath(and on top) too.

yeah it won't hurt to remove it. i got tired of it starting to hang down. plus while under the hood my head whould sometimes hit it and i'd get shi'ite all over me. just take it off. i think it looks better without.

my 98 gt didnt come with any from the factory and i dont have any on the gt4 hood. if you really want it, you can get it from toyota, but i hear it costs a lot.

yea mine has oil on it too. dont know why but thats the way i got it. im about to take mine off cuz it smells after long trips.

id worry less about the liner and worry about the oil getting there.. that doest seem to good.
(im a retard didnt read whole post *he said acciddent* so i guess thats why its there)
