Does anybody here know where I could order the gasket that comes on stock side skirts? By gasket, I mean the plastic/rubber thing that sits against the car on top of the skirt.

And don't say toyota. They can't even get the skirts anymore...

Dude that was stupid to say "don't say toyota" just becuase they don't stock the skirts, doesn't mean they don't have the rubber gasket. I ordered white gaskets from my local toyota dealer for skirts I bought used last year and they got them to me in a week. Skirts and gaskets were originally red, repainted skirts and car white, and needed new white gaskets. Teh gaskets aren't paintable, so you need to order them from Toyota in the color to match yor vehicle. Also, who the heck will carry such an particular part other than your dealer!

By the way do you realize that "toyotapartscheap.com" shares the same address as Mossy Toyota in San Diego... hmm could it be a dealer?

I don't really think the rubber strip is necessary anyway, I think all it does is prevent dirt/water from getting between the skirt and the body. Mine's coming loose so I just periodically shove it back in between the skirts and body when I need to.
