bust out some hi heat paint or specific caliper paint which ever u have. Then paint everything u see. the whole caliper just no paint of the rotor. and the whole drum just spray away. i painted my caliper red in front. and my rusted drum black be sure to hit both up with some high heat clear so it won't fade.

Don't paint your drums. Unless you're painting them black. I just wouldn't bring attention to the fact you have drums...lol

Move to Europe and get a car with disc brakes all around
Joke aside, I think you should paint those drums and don't think about what other people say. It's your car and you do what you want/think will be nice. If you car have 50 hp, or 500 hp doesn't matter. It's still your baby, and I'm sure everyone love their own car no matter what it is. -------------------- |

Disc versus drum is easy to tell. Discs have rotors, where the braking surface is exposed and kept shiny by the brake pads.

i think i wanna paint my calipers too, but i can't decide on what colour..
the car is red, so i can either do that, or i was thinking a more subtle gunmetal to match my rims and not stand out as much This post has been edited by lil_lissa: May 3, 2005 - 10:33 AM -------------------- lissa | 1997 Celica Convertible
