Its a 3000 GT!
Let me give you a run down of the story: 3000 GT and an older 80 something modled Mustang were racing down a very busy street at 4:30 and the GT went to pass the Mustang and misjudged his distance and went into them then the cars went out of control going into on coming traffic and hit a man in a old car. A girl (the passenger) in the 3000 GT died Later Natalie PS I hear they werent actually racing just playing at high speeds! EITHER WAY THEYRE NOT THE BRIGHTEST -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

Heres the story printed in the paper:
Kirkland police are investigating two Eastside teenagers for vehicular homicide after a street race yesterday ended with a teenage passenger dead and two other people injured. An 18-year-old Redmond man and a 16-year-old Kirkland girl were racing eastbound on Northeast 124th Street about 4:30 p.m., said Kirkland Police Lt. Bill Hamilton. In the 11000 block, the man's 1995 Mitsubishi 3000 GT cut in front of the girl's 1988 Ford Mustang, Hamilton said. The cars collided and then went out of control. The Mitsubishi traveled over the median and into the path of a 1965 Dodge sedan, driven westbound on Northeast 124th Street by an 87-year-old Kirkland man. The driver of the Mitsubishi, his 16-year-old female passenger from Kirkland and the elderly man were airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. The passenger died late last night, a hospital spokeswoman said. The younger driver was in serious condition and the elderly man was in critical, she said. Police did not release the names of those involved. The driver of the Mustang and her passenger, another 16-year-old girl from Kirkland, were unhurt. At the scene, police arrested the driver on suspicion of felony vehicular assault and released her to her parents. A charge of vehicular homicide could result because the passenger in the Mitsubishi died, Lt. Rex Caldwell said. Caldwell said once the other driver recovers, he'll also be arrested. -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

Wow, that's horrible that that girl died and the other two are injured badly. I think that the drivers deserve to be arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, because racing on a busy street is simply retarded. I hope the drivers get locked up for a long time so they can't kill anyone else with their stupidity.

Are you retarded? They were doing something incredibly stupid, and the girl may not have known they would have been racing. just because she chose to ride dosen't mean she chose to race. And of course they should be arrested... they killed that innocent girl! If you were a member of that girls family, you would want the guy arrested for what he did. Every time you drive like a jackass there can be consequences. |

I don't think 16 year old boys should be allowed to drive somewhat powerful sports cars.

that's hella gay cause now they're goin to get more 'n more strict...I miss it was back in 1 triple 9 (1999) where it was almost a underground thing an ppl who knew how to race actually raced...the only thing that was bad at the spots in those tyms were ppl gettin kill from bein ran over or the foo'z who b brining gunz to the spotz. I heard the new law in diego sez if ur caught this tym racin, they take ur pink slip. But O well, this is how I predict my death in about...9 years. Race crash. I will only do it on purpose unlike these amatures...
