Just like the topic says, a manual transmission (5-speed) GT 2.2 Liter ECU, if you've got it let me know.

Just some info for you, if you are doing a tranny swap the 3rd plug on the auto wiring harness is to big to fit in the manual ECU slot. You will have to rewire the plug somehow, first you will have to get a plug off an manual wiring harness, and rewire it. Or you can just stick with your auto ecu and live with the check engine light.

Right, its up to you basically. Not to mention its really hard to get down in there to rewire that 3rd plug.
