Mine is put on with automotive 3m dubble sided tape, and mounting screws..... it is removable just as long as you take you time getting it off... and as long as you did a good job on the install.

NO NO NO, you have to get the spacific double sided tape, SPACIFIC TYPE, not just any 3m dubble sided tape. go to a high end car shop or car paint shop. and ask they know exacly what you need.... those cheapy corrner car shops like auto zone dont carry the right stuff, just cheap off brands.

Its 3M Automotive 1/2 inch dubble sided tape in a clear plastic 6" x 6" snaping container, you only need one (you'll have enough) but the tape has a red peal away side. you'll know it when you see it. there about $12 each. (a fair price)

My body guy told me alot of people use the auto tape, but it comes off after some time. He said use screws or epoxy.

when i worked in a bodyshop, we used the 3m tape you described, and tape from another compancy called carborundem or something like that. came wtih the same red peel away side same packageing , worked just as good, lasted just as long, but was a couple dollars cheaper than the 3m. so if you can find the carborundem get it as it is cheaper, and is just as good as the 3m

As I am in the process of painting and putting on my kit, I have a bodyshop friend of mine helping me quite a bit. Apparently, the best thing to use is a special kind of autobody epoxy. Holds better than tape and holds it tighter to the car so in the end, better looking. Not sure of the price compared to the tape.
