How does this work? they send you this kit and you have to install it yourself on your current engine? Also what would the reliability and drivability be like after something like this is done?

It seems like this would be a good way to get some eaxtra power out of your celica and increase further potential.

Look at the compression ratio. It increases it. That wouldn't be good if you wanted to turbo later.

yea the send it to you and you install it or have someone else intall it for you..


and you can still boost later on just have to get custom forged pistion.. with a lower compression.. but those pistons should be able to handle low boost levels for a bigger gain..

i dont plan on turboing it. how much do you think it would cost to install it? and i would like to know what the relability and drivability would be like after this is done?

a good shop should run you around 300 - 500 for install depending on the time of the install... and reliablity.. not sure you should ask them about it.. but a good rule is with the warranty.. if it's a long warranty.. it usally means their stuff will last..

no i mean what will the rilability of my car be like after i install it vs what is like now. will my car still be able to be an everyday driver? and what will it idel like? will it stall more often?
