Can you rotate parts of the turbo like the housing and stuff? cuz i cant fit it in my car. the waste gate sticks out to far. So i need to flip that center part of the turbo where it connects to the manifold. (what ever that part is called). So i was thinking of rotating them things but i dont know if i can do it or not.

Wouldn't the blades of the turbo be facing the wrong way?

rotate it in which direction?? if you mean clocking then yes. but that refers to rotating the intake side. if you rotate the middle, chances are u also need to move the other parts (downpipe, flange, exhaust manifold) to go with the new position.
